can take steps to avoid triggers and prevent symptoms from affecting your skin.

- Use moisturizers several times daily.
- Keep the room temperature as regular.
Variations in temperatures may trigger eczema
- Use cotton outfits.
- Take baths or showers with warm water.
- Stay hydrated and drink at least eight glasses of water.
- Avoid irritants and allergens.
